The Client Partnership Associate will support proposal development and manage relationships with small and medium-sized clients to ensure successful engagement and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Disrupt expert research the way Uber disrupted the taxi industry, the way OpenAI ... you know what we mean
- Structure and provide quotes for contracts and projects from $10K to $500K+ by utilizing NewtonX technology to turn client request for quotes (RFQs) into actionable project plans
- Dynamically price projects based on client requests
- Develop strong client relationships (from VPs to manager level) with your own territory of small and medium-sized accounts to ensure continued engagement, success, and retention
- Create and execute territory growth strategies that include robust prospecting approaches to expand relationships
- Understand client needs/challenges, be the client advocate and help solve problems for clients
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities in existing client relationships
- Help to design, improve processes & tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership to forecast, maintain KPIs, and support relationship management, and with Client Delivery to plan and kick off research engagements
Skills
- Have a bachelor's degree or greater in relevant field of study
- 0 - 2 years of professional work experience
- You love challenging the status quo

- You quickly grasp client challenges and come-up with creative solutions
- You communicate clearly, professionally and confidently, and write articulately and concisely
