Client Integration Coordinator

Publicis Health is a fully integrated team that provides innovative services to clients. They are seeking a Client Integration Coordinator to support operational excellence by managing client workflows, status tracking, and administrative tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and own status trackers, operation sheets, meeting agendas and notes for client programs
• Coordinate day to day work across pillar/capability leadership teams
• Triage and manage client escalations; surface issues to leadership and support resolution management
• Communicate proactively with internal and client stakeholders via Teams, email and verbally
• Prepare status updates and decks as needed
• Bring ideas for internal process improvement to aid with efficiency

Skills

• 0-2 years of applicable professional experience, ideally in account management, program coordination, project coordination, or operations support
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional client-facing demeanor
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational data
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills and a service oriented mindset
• Experience in a creative agency, marketing organization, or operations environment preferred
• Exposure to healthcare or pharma environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, or related field preferred
