About the position A growing organization is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to oversee HR across a multi-entity platform that includes healthcare services, a network of nursing homes, and related ventures. This role requires a senior leader who can bring both structure and perspective — someone who understands how to manage complexity while keeping execution grounded and effective. The right candidate will serve as a key partner to ownership, ensuring that HR operates consistently, supports growth, and provides clear direction across all entities.
