Job Title: Advance Associate- Sales (Territory Manager) – Test Prep
Location: Aurangabad / Latur (Maharashtra)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to manage and expand our institutional Test Prep business in the Aurangabad, Latur, Nander, Beed & Jalna territory. The role involves driving B2B sales, building strong relationships with coaching institutes, and ensuring consistent market coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow business from Test Prep institutes across the assigned territory
- Identify and onboard new institutional partners
- Drive adoption of print and digital learning solutions
- Ensure regular engagement with existing accounts to maximize retention and revenue
- Execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets
- Work closely with distributors to drive stock sales and market penetration
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver on revenue targets through institutional business & distributor sales as per allocated territory .
- Ensure consistent coverage of 100+ Test Prep institutes in the region
- Maintain strong customer relationships and high service levels
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B / institutional sales (preferably in EdTech / Publishing / Test Prep)
- Strong network or experience working with coaching institutes is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
