Role Overview

As a Care Expert, you will be the trusted domain advisor for voize's most strategic care group customers, partnering with QM-Leitungen, Pflegedienstleitungen, and Geschäftsführungen to ensure voize transforms how care teams work. You will sit at the intersection of Pflege expertise and digital transformation.

What You Will Do

Act as the embedded domain expert for 6–10 strategic care group accounts, partnering with their Customer Success Manager to drive rollout success and long-term adoption. Run structured Pre-Rollout Analyses and System Reality Checks, lead peer-level conversations, and conduct post-rollout reviews.
