We are actively seeking a Business Solutions Team Leader EMEA West Payroll​. The role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Business Solutions HR Payroll EMEA. Qualified candidates can work remotely in France.

Position Summary

The Business Solutions Team Leader is responsible for identifying and analyzing Payroll Legislative updates and their impact on the end-to-end payroll process in SAP. The position is responsible for communicating the legislative changes to the scrum team and determining where the existing end to end solution may be impacted. This position will follow the legislative changes from discovery through to a successful application update which is provided to our client. This role is vital in providing high quality deliverables to our clients and keeping their Payroll applications in compliance.

As Team Leader this position will be the first point of contact for the Payroll Delivery Teams to respond and direct day-to-day questions/issues regarding Rimini Street Processes and AGILE, environment issues and release planning.

The Team Leader will be jointly responsible in assisting the Management Team with interviewing and onboard new hires to the Delivery Team.

This position will be jointly responsible for embedding new countries with the Management Team and overseeing Delivery Teams for an assigned set of Countries.
