The Opportunity

This is your chance to break into sales—or take your early sales experience to the next level—through our newly created Trailblazer Sales Programme.

Designed to set you up for success from day one, this programme gives you hands-on exposure to our industry-leading services, world-class sales training, and the support needed to start earning commission in your first month. This is an office based role. This is an existing vacancy.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

• Doing a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day and generate a minimum of 3 appointments per day.
• Working alongside a field sales colleague – you will be selling the fantastic services Peninsula have to offer to the small and medium sized businesses.
• You will schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote Peninsula’s services, and work with your Business Development Manager to generate new business deals & revenue.
• Daily pipeline building and management of pipeline will be key to success.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organization.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have some sales experience (face-to-face or phone-based preferred, but not essential)
• Are a confident communicator who can build rapport and relationships over the phone
• Are ambitious, competitive, and driven by personal success
• Show resilience and coachability, with a desire to learn every day
• Enjoy working in a target-driven, high-energy sales environment

• Base Salary: $50,000
• $75,000 – $85,000 (tier 1)
• $85,000 – $90,000 (tier 2)
• $90,000 – $100,000 plus (tier 3)
