Business Development Manager (EU Market)

About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate Byte Lab’s growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence across the EU market. 

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between client business needs and our engineering services owning the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closure. Beyond sales, you will play a critical role in building strategic partnerships and strengthening Byte Lab’s position as a premium engineering partner.

What You’ll Do 

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities (SQLs) across the EU market  
  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead qualification to deal closure  
  • Engage with clients during the presales phase and collaborate with cross-functional teams  
  • Prepare and lead proposals, pitch decks, and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses  
  • Estimate development costs and define project budgets with engineering teams  
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers  
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and proactively shape new business ideas  
  • Represent Byte Lab at conferences, trade shows, and partner events  
  • Manage revenue, cost, and profitability within your business domain  
  • Orchestrate internal and external stakeholders in complex sales processes  
  • Drive strategic account development and expand relationships with new clients  

 

What We’re Looking For  

  • 3+ years of experience in sales within IT services or consulting companies  
  • Proven track record in selling HW/SW development or delivery services  
  • Fluent/Advanced English  
  • Strong experience in consultative selling and opportunity creation  
  • Proven ability to prepare proposals, RFPs, and commercial offers  
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts with procurement and legal teams  
  • Solid technical understanding of HW/SW systems design, integration, and deployment  
  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks (Cloud, Data, AI, IoT)  
  • Experience working with enterprise clients  
  • International business experience  
  • Understanding of outsourcing models (T&M, Dedicated Team, Fixed Price)
