Role Overview
The Business Applications Lead owns the internal business applications stack, configuring, integrating, and evolving the tools that Delivery runs on every day. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who understands both how the business works and how to make SaaS platforms work for it.
What You Will Do
Administer and evolve the core business applications portfolio, lead integrations between applications, drive user adoption, and ensure access controls, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) compliance.

Requirements
- 8+ years working with business applications, including hands-on SaaS administration and configuration of CRM, ERP / finance, HRIS, or ticketing platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong SaaS administration and configuration skills across multiple enterprise applications
- Integration and API fluency — practical experience with SSO, data sync, and process orchestration between systems
- Vendor management experience, including release management, renewals, and service-level oversight
- Strong requirements-gathering skills — able to turn operational needs into clear, testable application changes
- Solid grasp of access controls, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) compliance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and train non-technical users
- Comfort working with AI-assisted tools and an openness to AI literacy as the function evolves
