Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract engagement. The location is in the south Charlotte area and the role will be onsite during training and then remote work will be allowed. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of the Salesforce platform, a structured analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver functional and technical solutions to business challenges leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Engage with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements • Analyze existing business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure newly deployed functionality meets defined business objectives • Develop and execute test plans to validate system enhancements, ensuring quality and accuracy prior to release • Produce clear and comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, and user guides • Prepare and present formal recommendations for new systems, process improvements, and organizational changes based on thorough analysis Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with demonstrated expertise in Salesforce implementations • Proficiency across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud • Strong ability to translate business needs into well-defined functional and technical requirements • Proven experience conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating requirements workshops, and managing competing priorities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred • Experience with UAT (user acceptance testing) and formal documentation practices • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred Pay Rate: $59.11 - $61.11 per hour
