About the Role
The Building Controls Specialist position at arenaflex is a critical role within our facilities management division. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of both our customers and associates while minimizing service costs through advanced diagnostic procedures and proactive problem-solving. - Sustainability Initiatives: Program daylight harvesting systems and ensure sustainability drives and energy reductions are achieved through strategic programming changes. Track and report on energy savings metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of building automation systems, HVAC systems, and building controls. Familiarity with direct digital control (DDC) systems and building management systems (BMS).
