Job Title: BIM Coordinator
Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our team. The BIM Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of BIM methodologies to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of BIM plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with external consultants to implement BIM processes and workflows in collaborative projects.
- Coordinate and manage BIM models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools and processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
Requirements
Software Expertise:
The successful candidate should have proficiency in the following BIM software:
- Autodesk Revit
- Navisworks
- BIM 360
- AutoCAD
- Other relevant BIM tools
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software, with a focus on BIM 360.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in BIM will be an advantage
- Minimum Experience of 10 Years required
