We’re hiring a skilled Automation Engineer to help design, build, and optimize scalable workflows that improve business efficiency and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across internal and client-facing systems.
- Integrate platforms and tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks.
- Create scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and optimize workflow logic using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, support, and product teams to understand workflow requirements.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve processes.
- Document systems, workflows, and implementation processes clearly.
- Support data synchronization and process automation across CRMs, communication tools, and business applications.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party system integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and identify process improvements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business productivity tools.
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with AI tools, automation agents, or no-code/low-code systems is a plus.
