<br>A well-established plaintiff law firm in the San Fernando Valley with 28 years in practice is<br>seeking an experienced workers' compensation attorney to join a busy, high-volume WC<br>practice. Cases come to you, a full support staff is already in place, and your focus is entirely on<br>delivering results for clients.</div><div><br></div><div>
<strong>Responsibilities <br></strong><br>
</div><div>• Active California State Bar license in good standing<br>• Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side workers compensation experience<br>• Strong command of WCAB procedures, medical-legal process, and PD ratings<br>• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently<br>• Spanish proficiency is a strong plus<br>• Handle a steady incoming caseload of plaintiff WC matters from assignment through resolution<br>• Guide cases through the medical-legal process, PD ratings, and WCAB proceedings<br>• Appear at MSCs, rating hearings, and settlement conferences<br>• Negotiate resolutions with defense counsel and adjusters<br>• Serve a bilingual (English/Spanish) client base<br><br>What We Offer<br>• Full support staff in place — intake coordinators, case managers, and legal assistants<br>dedicated to keeping your caseload moving<br>• No business development or rainmaking required<br>• 100% remote flexibility<br>• Bilingual (English/Spanish) team to assist with client communication<br><br>Compensation<br>15% of attorney fees generated on your cases — with a guaranteed monthly floor of $10,000.<br>No cap on earnings.<br><br>
