<li>Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses</li>

<li>Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician </li>

<li>Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby</li>
<li>An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do</li>

<li>Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff</li>
<li>Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool </li>
<li>Communicate with the support team with questions</li>
<li>Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process</li>
<li>Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit</li>
<li>Problem-solve repairs with creativity</li>
