About the position As a key member of the TES (Technology, Engineering, and Solutions) team, the Supply Chain Solutions Analyst transforms raw data into strategic advantages. This role is dedicated to uncovering operational efficiencies and customer-centric targets that improve margins, reduce costs, and deliver dynamic logistics solutions. You will serve as a collaborative bridge between Business Development, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to design and present high-impact projects. Responsibilities • Compile and analyze complex customer supply chain data using advanced mapping software, databases, and dynamic modeling tools. • Research "Best in Class" supply chain practices and translate these insights into functional operational tools and custom client solutions. • Develop and evaluate key performance metrics to ensure the perfect balance of cost, service level, and supply chain speed. • Coordinate and implement large-scale consulting projects across warehouse, transportation, and broader supply chain functions. • Support high-level modeling projects utilizing industry-standard tools like Logic Tools, i2, or OptiLogic . • Synthesize technical findings into compelling presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree: Required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field. • Professional Background: 1+ years of relevant experience (including high-level internships) in project management or supply chain analysis. • Technical Skills Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Excel • Data Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability as a creative problem solver who can proactively identify risks and resolve them through data-driven insights. • Soft Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences. • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. Nice-to-haves • experience with Tableau and OptiLogic is highly preferred.
