Job Title: Amazon Advertising/Account ManagerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a high-performance Amazon Account Manager with deep experience scaling CPG brands on Amazon using a full-funnel, data-driven growth system.This is not a traditional PPC execution role. The focus is on building and optimizing Amazon accounts as growth systems — combining advertising, organic ranking strategy, catalog optimization, and conversion rate improvements to drive category leadership.The ideal candidate thinks beyond campaign management and operates like an Amazon growth strategist, capable of diagnosing full account performance, identifying leverage points across PPC and organic visibility, and executing structured scaling systems similar to those used by top-performing founder-led Amazon brands.This is a full-time remote position requiring availability during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Advertising ManagementManage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor research.Monitor and improve key advertising metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.Adjust bids, budgets, targeting strategies, and campaign structures to maximize performance.Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.Marketplace & Account ManagementOversee listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and catalog attributes.Support A+ Content and Brand Store enhancements.Ensure listings remain accurate, compliant, and fully optimized.Product Launches & PromotionsSupport new product launches and ranking strategies.Manage promotional activities including coupons, deals, and other visibility initiatives.Coordinate launch timelines and marketplace readiness.Reporting & Performance AnalysisTrack sales, advertising, and marketplace performance.Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Monitor inventory trends and collaborate on inventory planning initiatives.Analyze account data to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.RequirementsMust-Have3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.3+ years of strong hands‑on experience with Amazon PPC and Amazon Advertising.Experience managing Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns.Proven ability to improve advertising performance and account growth.Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, and catalog management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Near-native English fluency preferred, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based stakeholders.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.Nice-to-HaveExperience with Amazon DSP.Experience launching new products on Amazon.Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores.Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Sellerboard, Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, or similar platforms.Experience working with CPG, food & beverage, health & wellness, or consumer brands.Success MetricsImproved PPC efficiency and profitability.Growth in Amazon sales, visibility, and market share.Successful execution of product launches and promotional initiatives.Accurate, actionable reporting and performance insights.Well-maintained and highly optimized Amazon listings.Full-timeRemoteOpen to candidates across Canada and Latin AmericaMust be available during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours#J-18808-Ljbffr
