Admissions Director

Serenity for Life is seeking a highly driven, operationally-minded Admissions Director to lead and elevate the full admissions function for our women's residential treatment program.  This role goes well beyond traditional call handling-this is a leadership position responsible for owning the entire front-end revenue engine, from first inquiry through admission, census management, and ongoing pipeline optimization.

The ideal candidate understands both the clinical nuance of working with complex female populations and the business discipline required to drive sustainable census growth.  This individual will operate as a key partner to the CEO and leadership team, bringing structure, accountability, and insight to all aspects of admissions, outreach, and conversion.

Essential Job Duties

Admissions Leadership & Call Center Oversight

Pipeline & Census Management

Revenue Cycle & Financial Coordination

Reporting & Executive Communication

Alumni & Continuity Engagement

  1. Oversee alumni outreach efforts, including regular check-ins and relationship maintenance
  2. Support long-term connection strategy aligned with Serenity's model (12–24 months of continued engagement)
  3. Leverage alumni relationships to support referrals and brand reputation

Business Development Support

  1. Conduct targeted outreach to referring professionals, therapists, case managers, and partners
  2. Support relationship development through follow-up, communication, and coordination with leadership
  3. Act as an extension of the brand in all external communications

Systems, Process & Performance Optimization

  1. Own CRM utilization, ensuring clean data, accurate tracking, and reporting integrity
  2. Build and refine admissions workflows, SOPs, and KPIs
  3. Continuously improve conversion rates, response times, and overall admissions efficiency

Other

  1. Perform other duties as assigned

  2. Demonstrated expertise in insurance verification and authorization, and the ability to work effectively with care and compassion with clients with varying mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
