Accounts Receivable Specialist (Orthodontics)

Kids Dental Brands is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to children. They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure the accuracy of claims and manage delinquent accounts within their Orthodontic team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for correctly reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Manage both aging and denial queues for all assigned payer plans of low complexity
• Responsible for keeping supervisor and management informed of payer issues resulting in any delay of reimbursements
• Timely submission and follow-up of appeals and grievances
• Respond to patient and insurance inquiries in a timely manner and update accounts as necessary
• Manage insurance correspondence
• Participates in ongoing training for compliance, payer information, and insurance benefits to augment knowledge of procedures, regulations, and products
• Comply with performance standards and departmental goals
• Maintains HIPAA compliance

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in the dental field
