They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to work closely with the Finance team and project managers, handling project administration, invoicing, budget tracking, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain company’s project portfolio
- Preparing and submitting client invoices
- Administering project contracts
- Tracking project budgets
- Assist with invoice collections
- Supporting project managers and other staff
- General administrative support
