Reporting Line: Reports directly to Country Manager  Location: Nigeria / Kenya  About the Role As an Account Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for newly registered clients. You'll guide them through onboarding, account verification, platform setup, and their first deposit while delivering an outstanding client experience. What You'll Do • Contact new clients via phone, WhatsApp and email. • Guide clients through account registration and KYC verification. • Assist with MT4/MT5 platform setup and account activation. • Explain products, account types and trading services. • Support clients through their first deposit. • Resolve onboarding issues with Compliance and Operations. • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups. • Achieve onboarding and activation targets. What We're Looking For • Experience in Forex, CFDs, fintech or financial services. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Client-facing sales or account management experience. • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 is an advantage. • Comfortable using CRM systems. • Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
