Solera is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead Account Executive IV to join our team, focusing on our fleet vertical. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the fleet sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet vertical, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their challenges and goals, providing customized solutions that align with their objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Solera’s products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, using data-driven insights and market analysis to guide decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
