What You’ll Do:
Lead Management + Pipeline Generation
Inbound Strategy: Manage inbound lead flow effectively to convert into qualified sales pipeline by multithreading additional contacts to join the first meeting.
Outbound Strategy: Build a target account strategy to pinpoint ideal customers using firmographic data, intent signals, and key personas. Craft personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences that speak to each prospect’s industry, pain points, and priorities. Consistent follow-up, leveraging warm intros, thought leadership content, and strategic use of executive alignment helps open doors
Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
Build an understanding of the EasyLlama product
Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals
Practice accurate pipeline management with excellent forecasting
Work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success to ensure effective communication of issues and smooth onboarding
Who You Are:
3+ years of B2B software sales experience
Proven track record of meeting sales goals
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
Take ownership of your assigned territory
Internally motivated and aspirational
Highly organized and excellent at time management
Ensure that deliverables and inquiry turnaround times are met
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different characters and situations
How We'll Take Care of You:
$80,000-90,000 Base | $160,000-180,000 OTE
